Train your Dog 100 % of the Time

Hi I'm Ryan Gwilliam with expert village and I'm going to teach you how to be more stubborn than your dog. Basically when you're trying to accomplish something corrective behavior that you don't like in your dog a lot of times you'll spend a good half an hour in one day and you'll finally get it your dog will do what you wanted him to do and then the next day it's like you didn't do anything the day before you just have to realize that if you let your dog do something say lay on the couch for a year and now you don't want him to it gonna take quite a while to get him to not lay on the couch anymore. That's just the way it is, so you just need to know that everyday day in day out every single time he makes the mistake you have to correct him if you let one time slide that's just telling your dog, say for example he bites hands, if you fix it one day and then the next day he goes to bite a hand and you don't do anything about it then he knows that he only has to fight with you so long and then he's gonna get away with it so your not going to fix the behavior. You have to do it a hundred percent you have to expect a hundred percent out of your dog and you have to give him a hundred percent as well or you'll never fix the behavior and we'll never achieve those results. So just make sure that you're being just as stubborn as he is and know that, make him know that your not gonna give in that he's gonna to give in.
