How to Play a Basic Tune on the Bagpipes

NEIL HUBBARD: I'm going to play you a basic tune on the bagpipes now, it's called "The Barnyards of Delgaty." It's one of the things that I teach my students after they have mastered the basics. By the way, I always wear earplugs when I'm playing the bagpipes. These are custom made musician's plugs that turn everything down 25 decibels. It's just a bloody loud instrument.
