Cutting Strips for Making Decorative Pillows

This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. I have sewn my pieces of coordinating fabric together now. I took the pieces to the my ironing board and press the seams down so I have a nice flat clean look on the top. I have cut a strip of my coordinating gimp 3 and a half inches wide. I'm going to cut a piece to go on each side that I would sew on in a few moments. One for this side and one for here. Once these are sewing on I would be putting on a attaching piece on each side all the way around which would make my pillow larger. There would be this piece on this side, this piece on this side that would be sewn down in the next clip.
