On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make festive chicken casserole with fresh guacamole. We're going to prep our avocados this is the way I find to be the easiest, take your avocado and you're going to cut into it all the around the circumference. Start at the top all the way around there is a big pit on the bottom in the middle rather, now turn each one clockwise and counter clockwise that is a very nice looking avocado. You don't know until you open it up what you've got. In order to take the pit out take your chef's knife and turn it, it comes right out. Let's do it one more time cut in and cut all the way around the circumference around the big pit in the middle. Take with two hands and with each hand turn it in a different direction like that, another beautiful avocado. What we're going to do is we're going to scoop out the flesh into a bowl and when we come back we're going to prep our onion and our garlic, see you then.
