Guacamole Ingredients for Chicken Casserole

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make festive chicken casserole with fresh guacamole. I'm going to show you the ingredients you need to make fresh guacamole it's really simple. These are HAAS avocados the HAAS are the smaller ones with the pebbly skin, there is another kind that is much bigger and light green. These are the dark ones almost black there is a give to the flesh and that is how you know it's ripe. So I have three of those a couple of jalepanos for heat, a little bit of garlic, aroma tomato, a fresh lime, a red onion and some fresh cilantro. When we come back we're going to prep our avocados.
