Prepping a Baking Pan for Healthy Homemade Fudge

Okay we have our melted chocolate, coconut, almond, fudge business over on the stove.  It's melted for us very nicely.  And now we're just going to prepare the pan to put it in.  I'm actually going to line the pan with parchment paper.  You could just put it straight in the pan.  But I love parchment paper because you can almost peel it off of it.  It's not going to stick to the glass whatsoever.  It makes things really really neat and clean for you.  So get a piece of that out, it's okay if it's a little large just as long you know you make sure cover all the corners.  And I want to butter it just to keep it nice and clean and neat, makes sure nothing sticks.  You don't want to waste any of this fudge so I'm just peeling the end off of a stick of butter and just rubbing it down over the entire parchment paper.  And just cover everything until you feel like it's covered really well.  Get in the corners really well, all the way around.  And again it doesn't matter the parchment paper is kind of all over the place, it doesn't really matter.  So I'm just going to keep buttering this down.  This will save you a lot in clean up.  You'll thank me in about, I don't  know, thirty minutes.  And just keep buttering this up, and it tends to move around so just hold it down, but it's going to be okay. Butter it down. It feels nice and buttered. If you want just even just kind of run your hands, your fingers over it. Make sure you feel like it's nice and greased up in every part, every corner, yeah, feels really good. Alright our pan is completely prepared to have our mixture poured into it.
