JOE WILES: Hello, hello! this is Joe Wiles with the Rock & Roll Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. In this, part two of the "Train Kept A-Rollin'" segment, we're going to talk about the power chord part where the verse kicks in. Okay, let's take a look at the guitar. It's a power-chord-based riff. Our index finger's going to be on the 3rd fret of the low E string, the 15th fret of the A string, and the 5th fret of the D string. Then, we're going to hit the open E string, and put our index finger back on the third fret, just going back and forth. It sounds like this slowly. Slide this whole power chord riff up two frets, 5th fret, 7th fret, 7th fret, same idea to the open E, and then back. To speed, the whole song sounds like this from the introductory riff. In our next segment, we're going to talk about "Vasoline" by the Stone Temple Pilots.
