JOE WILES: This is Joe Wiles with the Rock & Roll Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. And we're going to complete "Suffragette City" by David Bowie. Let's take a look. Where we left off is down here at the F chord. We're going to slide it back up, and then start the riff of this song. It's an open A string. We're going to put our pinkie on the 7th fret of the D string, okay? Then, we're going to come down with our index finger on the D string as well, open it up to the 4th fret, slide down to the 2nd fret, slide back up to the 4th fret with pinkie on the 7th fret again, okay? Slowly, the riff part sounds like this. So altogether, starting with this F chord--in fact, starting at the beginning of the song, the whole riff together slowly sounds like this. To speed, this whole pattern sounds like this. It's a cool standard blues, rock & roll riff, so practice it a lot. And in the next segment, we're going to talk about "Train Kept A-Rollin'" by Aerosmith. And I will see you there.
