Speaking Clowns vs. Silent Clowns

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Paul Anderson from the ABC Circus here in Hollywood, Florida and we're going to do, how to be a clown! Yeah!, you can do a lot without talking. Silly things like a gazoo, or a bird whistling a do do do. Yeah, to talk or not to talk. Charlie Chaplain, because of his early movies, was all silent. Of course, he didn't have a chance to talk because they didn't have talking movies at the time. But there are many instances where talking doesn't help you. Say you are traveling in a foreign country and you don't speak the language, a silent clown, or a clown that only makes noises is going to work much better than you speaking in your own tongue and nobody understanding. But most people understand English and you'd be surprised at what you can say and get away with. So do you speak or not to speak. Do you have a funny voice or are you really real when you speak. There are many options; you pick what?s best for you.
