How to Store Apples

Have you ever bit into an apple and it had a soft texture in it? It is probably because it is not being stored correctly. To properly store an apple take a brown paper bag and place the apples in it. Fold the top of the bag down but you don't have to seal it too tight. Place the apples in your crisper drawer. The humidity in the crisper drawer will allow the apples to stay crisp and juicy. Apples will stay fresh for about three weeks when stored in this manner.
