Finding a Vocal Coach to Learn to Sing Better

Hi! I am Mark Black and welcome to expertvillage.com. We are going to be talking about vocal performance. The first thing I want to tell you is that odds are really, really really, really good that you can learn to sing. And 999 people out of a 1000 can learn how to sing and sing really well. One of the major problems with learning how to sing if you have any problem is that you do not have anybody around to help you, to tell you what to do. So even though it may cost you some money I would like to encourage you if you have problems especially if you really want to sing but you can’t, is to go get some lessons because basically you need an external source leading you through some of the problems. It is a lot easier on an instrument. We are going to talk about them in just a second… it is lot easier on an instrument to correct problems than it is with the voice. So it will really help you even if only do that for six months or a year and then just to mention about a voice teacher that you get, you want somebody that is going to encourage you and you want somebody that is going to actually help you. And there are lots of people that let you take lessons for 50 years without actually accomplishing anything and there are lots of people that are just basically going to try to crush you. So don’t let either one of those happen but if you can get some lessons… I am talking about if you are having problems, you pretty much have to get an external source helping you with your problem.
