We’re going to be mixing the grout to re-grout the bathtub. You just want to pour some in a bowl - anything, find something you don’t mind ruining. I always just carry this with me. Just pour some grout in there and you just want to add - you can measure it out according to the bag or you can just add water until it’s the right consistency. And it’s easier to add grout to the water if it’s too thin. And you just want to make sure that you stir it up and get all of the chunks out of it. It’s got to be well mixed. If you have lumps in it, it’s just like a batter for a cake - you just don’t want lumps in it.
And then you can add some more grout to make it a little more thicker. And you just want it to kind of become a pasty consistency. And once you have it mixed it’s best to let it sit for five to ten minutes.
