JOE WILES: We're going to continue with Chuck Berry's "Johnny B. Goode." Let's take a look. So you don't want to hit all those strings at the same time. You would kinda want to give them a staggered [SOUNDS LIKE] badada. After that, we come to the 9th fret of the B string, 8th fret to 6th fret. So strike, then the 8th, then you go to the 10th fret note, answering with the 6th fret on the B string. Put it here on the 8th fret of the G string, then the 6th fret then hammer on to the 7th fret, then, to end it off, 8th fret of the D string again. Whew. The last half of the introduction sounds like this. Now, both riffs put together, slowly, sound like this. Now I'm going to break it up into segments so you can follow along, okay? And then the next bit, we're going to do the bends. And in the next bit, we're going to bend it one more time until the end of that introduction. That's right. Now that's a lot of notes to learn, okay? So work it out. I even have a hard time with it. But working on it, if you could do it to speed, you get an A+. Join us in our next segment, we're going to start with our top 10 countdown. It's going to be the Eagles with "Hotel California." I'll see you there.
