How to Access the Feet for Massage

In this clip I'm going to be talking about accessing the foot. And what we can do to start warming up the foot. I'm going to be easy access, cause the foot is close to the table. Using my fist I'm going to be saying hello. So I'm just going to be leading in and I'm using my body to go in. I'm not using my arms, I'm not using my elbows or my shoulders, I'm using my whole body with my torso and coming in and pushing in a launch position. And I'm pushing in with my body and I'm trying to go as softly as possible but firm on the foot. So I'm not going in too hard or too quick. I'm just going in softly and saying hello to the body, to the feet. When I'm going in through the feet I'm saying hello to the whole body. Because this is our gateway to the body inside and outside our organs, our tissues, our back, or neck. We can access everything so I'm just saying a very quick hello. You can have them made in a tight fist, but I would like to have the fingers relaxed. Or you can go in with the flat had. Whichever one is more comfortable.
