How to Serve Breakfast in Bed

It's time to do the final plating. Plattering of this savory breakfast. So here is the roasted half of it. Isn't that gorgeous? See you really do need the butter to get that nice golden color. And adjacent to it, that leek and goat cheese peeking out there. And on top, we can serve this with some sour cream, or if you happen to know how to ooze in, or you know the person you're serving this to likes his hash browns with catsup, by all means put some catsup. It's their birthday so cater to them. They'll have that. Next I'm going to take a big cloth napkin. Don't want crumbs or anything in bed. Put that there, some utensils. Knife and fork. You'll need a drink of course. I've got some orange juice. A little ice in there. Of course you could put a little champagne in there and make a very special morning cocktail. And then, lastly, the fruit just like that. And there is your savory breakfast. Your fruit salad, the lovely blues, the orange and the green of the kiwi. The leeks, goat cheese, the roasted, sour cream, little juice. That's it. Pretty happy birthday breakfast, I think.
