How to Prepare Fruit for Breakfast in Bed Meals

Just finishing peeling this kiwi. This is why you go into a fruit salad to accompany both your sweet and savory breakfast. Cut that up a little bit. The salty one, and well, even I think there are berries, there are the black raspberries on the waffle, more fruit is never a bad thing. Chop that. And now I've chosen to use this really lovely, it's so sweet. It's an heirloom cantaloupe melon. So it's sweeter than the traditional variety you would find in just a regular grocery store. and I think the color combination of the orange and the green is really great. Of course keep your colors in mind when you're doing this. You can do a raspberry and a blueberry and pineapple combination if you chose to. See how I'm cutting it here. Just following the curve of the melon, and then into small pieces. Maybe one more. Not only, if you can smell the sweetness of this melon as soon as I cut it open. And then I've got some blueberries to round out our color combinations here. Toss that just a bit and them I'm gonna transfer a small amount, about half to each bowl. And those are ready to take to the breakfast trays.
