How to Cook Waffles for Breakfast in Bed

So I have got the waffle iron. It's preheated. You just stick it to the highest one. You don't want to cook it on the highest heat unless you want them really, really crisp on the outside and almost raw on the inside. That's the problem when you cook the outside too quickly and the inside doesn't have a chance to cook through. I'm heating it at the five and then gonna drop it down to the four temperature level. And although there is butter in the waffles, which means they're almost unlikely to stick, you could omit the butter altogether and just do the iron. But I'd like to, you don't want to keep peeling out the waffle piece by piece and, also, when you're putting in this melted butter this way, don't use your best bristle brushes, your pastry brushes, because they do tend to get a little singed after a while. So you want to drop your batter in and don't be afraid to overcook it, because it will all sort of even out, you can just even it with the back of, just press it down that great sizzling sound, and in just a few minutes, this cooks so quickly, just a few minutes we'll have a great big waffle.
