Hi! I am Ross on behalf of expertvillage.com, windows Internet Explorer, let us check it out. Clearing temporary Internet files when you visit a website the pictures, the icons and the graphics that come up gets stored to your local hard drive that is called the local cash. And what it does it makes it quicker next time you visit a web page for it to load that data because it can get it locally as opposed to get in it all from the Internet. There are different reasons why it would pull it locally and go to the Internet but the thing to realize it is being stored in your hard drive. If you want to clear that you can go down to the Internet options and in the middle section temporary Internet files and you can delete files right here. You also have settings for it and the same check for new versions of stored pages automatically. So that in this case there are parameters that will determine if it needs to go up to the Internet or not and you have other parameters that you can set if you want. Also you can limit the amount of disc space that is used. This automatically comes up by default and you should not have the monkey with it but if you want to you can take control of it.
