More on 'Four on the Floor' Drum Beats

So, this is basically the progression that you're going to want your own practice to take. It's not going to go this quickly but you are--as you work on things, you'll be able to speed them up just bit by bit, alright? So, we're at 90, heel down, four on the floor. Here's what it looks and sounds like. Alright. Let's try that out together. I'll count you off. This is heel down, four on the floor, 90 beats per minute. One, two, ready, play.
