Hey guys, Adam Silverstein here on behalf of Expertvillage.com. In this next clip I am going to show you one of the most important parts of rollerblading, stopping. A lot of recreational skates come with brakes in the back, but as you get more advanced into the sport you are going to realize the rollerblades do not come with these that is because this is the new technique you need to use to stop. Okay. In this clip I am going to show you how to how to T stop. What is important to do in this is while you are skating one foot is to keep going and this other foot is going to drag behind you to slow you down. You are going to drag your back foot behind you and bring you to a stop. It is a good way to avoid any accidents and hitting somebody else like a collision. Watch again you try it at home.
