Hi, Bill Lyons here on behalf of Expert Village and we're down to the wire, finalizing and plating up our Miso Ginger Salmon tonight. So let's go ahead and get our vegetables and our rice on the plate. Let's go ahead and start with some of our snow peas. Put those on the side. Scoop of our lime rice. And our Miso Ginger Salmon. For a little extra added flavor, like I said before, you can add a little tamari on this or for a little more exotic flavor, a little bit of ponzu sauce. Or if you've got them, a little bit of sesame. And there you have a nice, light mid week meal. Fresh, flavorful. One thing you may have noticed, very low in salt, very low in sugar. I added no salt to this meal, the only salt that occurred in this meal was the natural salt in the vegetables and the fish and the little bit of salt that's in the tamari. And we're done tonight with our Miso Ginger Salmon. You can also of course add a little bit of lime, just to brighten the flavor up and enjoy. Thank you!
