How To Install Valance Using L BracketsThis is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. Our valance is completed. We have sewn buttons on, we have attached the valance to the valance board. The L brackets have already been attached to the wall. We have predrilled holes on the underside of the valance board that are marked. We can now put the valance board up on the L brackets. Line them up with the marks that where predrilled. Then use a electric screwdriver to screw the valance onto the L brackets. That completes our valance project.
