This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. We have our valance assemble and we need to make our covered buttons. I have decided to use this coordinating fabric that would look pretty with the strip fabric that we are using for the main part of the valance. I have cut out small circles and I bought this kit for covering buttons. These circles are ready to go. I press this small button piece over the fabric into the little plastic container. If there is too much fabric, you can always trim around the edge because it may be to cumbersome to fit inside the button cover. That should do it. Press all the edges in and put the back onto it. This little blue piece just presses down on top of it. Press hard. You can feel it click and it fits inside the button cover and that should do it. There is our covered button that we would sew on in the next clip to the front of the valance.
