Platen Tilt for Edge Sanders

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip we will be adjusting the platen tilt. Right now our sander is set up vertically. This sander also has a feature where we can set it up to do horizontal sanding. First we need to loosen our platen lock lever. Next we are going to carefully rotate to a horizontal position and lock that back in place. To switch back to vertical sanding, we are going to loosen that lock lever, raise it to the vertical position and tighten that lock lever back down.
