Tilting the Table for Edge Sanders

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be talking about tilting the table. Now if you have a piece of work where you need to create a slight angle, this is a great tool to use to create that. At the base of our table we have table lock levers and you notice that there is that red gage that will give us different increments of angles. We are going to go ahead and loosen that lock on both sides and that is going to allow us to tilt or tip our table to pretty much any angle that we want. Now you need to be real careful not to tip it too far in. That you actually touch the sand paper because that will damage your table. Go ahead and set that at whatever angle you want, tighten up those lock levers and you are ready to go.
