Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I will be talking about site consideration. The first site consideration that you need to take a look at is the floor load. Now this sander weighs several hundred pounds so you want to make sure where it is going to be placed, the floor is strong enough to hold. Here we have a poured concrete floor which is suitable. However, if you are in maybe a residential structure and you have just a wood frame floor, you might need to provide some extra support. The next site consideration is working clearances. Meaning that you are going to be working around this tool so you need plenty of room in front of the tool an the side of the tool. Also the lighting must be adequate for your work area and you must always have a large enough power supply going to your tool.
