How to Clean Tires

Hello! My name is Jason. I am talking on behalf of expertvillage.com. Now as you wash the exterior of the vehicle, you want to do the tires. Now these are the few steps on how to clean the tires. First of all, the tire has a lot of grease build up and dirt particles on it. You do not just want to wash the tires with water and spray Armor All on it; that just does not work out. How to clean the tire perfectly is when you get a can of degreaser, you spray the whole tire with a can of degreaser and that also works for the rim. You could also do that, you do not necessarily need to go get a rim cleaner; you could do all this with a degreaser. You just simply spray the tire with a degreaser. You let it sit there for about three minutes. What that does is it will break down all the grease and dirt particles on there and make it look really nice. Then you want to get a really get a high-pressure water. If you don’t have one of course you go to a carwash and you want to get real close, may be about 5-6 inches away, spray the tire really good and go over about 4-5 times including the rim. That will remove all the grease and dirt particles on that. Then you want to get a cloth actually and start, you know wiping down the rim and the tire with it, dry it up a little bit. You should also remove little bit of grease that is left there that did not get removed. Now after you are done with that, then use the Armor All. Now you spread the Armor All on there. It is going to look shinier than ever before because the tire is actually cleaned up, so it is going to look like new. You can also go over with a rag from the places that you missed. That is how you clean your tires and rims.
