Applying Crystal Powder for a Valentine's Day Card

We just finished the embossing with the white powder. What I'm going to show you now is how to emboss using craft inks to get the color. The first thing we're going to do is with our craft ink. When we're using these smaller inks, what I like to do is put my large stamp down and just tap on it. It's easier that going this way because you're really not sure where you're getting your ink. Once you have him covered, you're going to go ahead and stamp onto your 3x3 card. Again, I'm just centering them in the middle. This time we're going to be embossing with crystal clear embossing powder, so the same technique. I'm just going to scoot them in there, tap off the excess. I'm going to take my heat gun. You always way to close your container. When you're using your heat gun, it has the tendency to blow things. You don't want your embossing powder all over your room. As you're heating this, what you're looking for is for the gloss to come to the top. There you can see it, your happy heart day, your mouse is all glossy and ready to go. It makes a cut little card. The kids will love these.
