Hi, my name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make bean burrito bites. We are next going to slice our red peppers nice and thin. Start by cutting the stem of your red pepper off and slicing your pepper in half. What you want to do is deseed it so with your paring knife you might want to cut. You might just want to start out to cut out all of this whiteness. Be careful when you cut towards yourself. You always want to try to cut away from your self. But nice and easily you can get that out all in one shot. See. Once you remove all your seeds and clean out the inside, just cut your pepper once again in half and the other one once again in half. What I like to do is push down flat, get inside with your fingers bending the finger point to the knuckle. Just start to slice these very thin. When slicing them, you might want to put the skin side down flat cause it makes it a little easier to get thin slices like so. So cut them thin, take your time and once you have them cut we are going to go check our bean mixture and our tortillas.
