Cutting Jalapenos for Bean Burrito Bites

Hi, my name is Richard Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make bean burrito bites. So I have my peppers all deseeded and cleaned and nice. I just would give them a good chop. What I'm going to do is grab all the pepper and hold them tightly and just get a nice thin cut as nice as possible. Again if you find this hard to do we would just use our chopping motion afterwards this just makes it a little bit easer. What we are going to do then is just finely chop these using my chopping motion back and forth. Using the back of the blade chopping nice and fine. So finish up chopping up your jalapeƱo and we would join you over at the frying pan where we are going to get some nice hot oil and heat these up or fry these up with some cumin.
