Understand the Importance of Character & Personality in Children

My name is Dr. Randall Hyde. On behalf of Expert Village I want to teach you something that will help you the rest of your life. In not only being a great parent, but in all areas. It is this; character is greater than personality. Personality is how fun you are lively, the animation you have, the enthusiasm, that's personality. Character is your integrity, honor, moral strength, those kinds of things, your dedication to value. The more mature a person is the easier it is to be in a relationship with them. When choosing a spouse, you want to tell your kids, look for maturity, and character, and dedication to self improvement. The better a person is, the greater the likely hood of success. And the greater the likely hood of happiness. Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results. Bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results is what James Allen says in his seminal book as a man thinker. He also says a man is literally what he thinks. His character being the complete sum of all his thoughts. As a parent watch your child's thoughts. Are they optimistic? Are they positive? Are they taking the moral high ground? That's important in developing their character.
