How to Cook the Sausage for Lasagna

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make super lasagna and Caesar salad. Now we're going to saute our sausage; I have some fresh sweet Italian pork sausage. I'm just going to slit these meats out of their skins like that, just slice it back down and pull it out. Then I have the pot heating with a little butter and we're going to saute the pork and normally the pork wouldn't need butter but we're starting a sauce and developing a sauce. So we're going to let that saute and when we come back we're going to saute our vegetables.
