How to Bake Pizza Bread
Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. So right now we still have our mushrooms cooking in the side. We have thrown our bread in. We have cooked it for about 12-15 minutes we would actually pulled our out in 12 minutes. We saw the edges starting to get brown. You see the cheese is melted on and our bread is pretty firm but squishy in the middle. That is exactly what we are going for we do not want to over cook this, we don't want the bread to be too tough. For this appetizer so what we are going to do is look at these and make sure they are good. Now we are going to talk about go ahead and plating our mozzarella pepperoni bread. You just take the biggest pieces. There are different ways you can plate this but this is the way we are going to do it. I showed it earlier in a different series; it is almost like a straw burst. We are going to take a piece and put it on the plate and take another piece and put it right beside it so the corners touch. We would take the next piece and do it the same way. This works great for 6 pieces and actually you can take other pieces and put it in the middle. If you have a nice round number that works great. Put your final piece in there and now we can take 2 of the smaller pieces put them caddy corner next to each other. There you go that is how you plate your mozzarella plate. Make sure you take off any of the mozzarella cheese. Okay now we are going to talk about topping our mozzarella pepperoni bread with our mushrooms. What you want to do is we already cooked the mushrooms and we are just going to lay one piece in the middle of each of the slices of the bread. That is all you really have to do. Put a little bit more if you want to. Some of the pieces could be big and take up the entire piece. This is a appetizer so we don't want to put too much on there. The mushroom would add a nice little touch and of course, you don't even have to use mushrooms if you don't want to. This is your recipe. When you cook your limited to your imagination so do what ever you want to do. There you go that is how you top your mozzarella pepperoni.
