How to Top Pizza Bread with Pepperoni & Parsley
Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about the next step for our mozzarella pepperoni bread once we have the mozzarella on here we are going to go ahead and put the pepperoni on top. We are going to put roughly 2 pieces for the smaller pieces and 3 for the larger ones. So we would put these right on top of each other. Just go down the line. You can do some over by all means go ahead and do it. Then one for the really really small ones. After this take the other half of your mozzarella you must sprinkle it on top. You need to be pretty about this it is all going to melt. Like I said we grated a little bit earlier a little extra so if you don't have as much as we have that is perfectly fine. Now our last step before we throw this in the oven is we are going to take our fresh parsley that we chopped earlier and we are just going to sprinkle this on top of our bread. It gives it a nice little color contrast a little green on top, on top of the red it is actually a very Christmasy kind of thing. You would think that this would be sweet thinking of Christmas and Saint Nick and all the sweet you have there but it is actually not sweet at all. This is a still a very good appetizer to use. We just want to sprinkle all the parsley that we have on top of this and there we go. At this point we are going to go ahead and throw this in the oven for 350 degrees around 12-15 minutes or until the cheese and everything is melted.
