How to Prepare Cheese for Pizza Bread
Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about grating our fresh mozzarella cheese for our bread. We need about 1 1/2 cups which is roughly 6 ounces. So we are going to take our fresh pieces of mozzarella and our grater and we are going to grate in the biggest setting for grating the cheese. I like my pieces of mozzarella to be really big when putting them on a bread like this. Right now we are going to go ahead and grate some extra cheese since we already have it cut. That way someone could walk by and grab some since they probably they would do anyway. In college, we had some greedy roommates that when they could, they would come by and take all the food and I would have to go back and grate more or chop more stuff. So since then, I started grating extra. You can always put it in a Tupperware for later. There you our fresh mozzarella.
