Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about recipe for those who are on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to talk about cutting our minced, now we are going to talk about mincing our parsley for our mozzarella pepperoni bread. We are going to need about 3 tablespoon of this. So what we are going to do is we are going to break off a stem on each of these pieces and just discard the stem. We just want the leafy part right now. Just go ahead and throw this rest of the stem away. We are going to gather it together and ball it up, you want to put the knife down and just start chopping away. We want very small pieces on this. So we are going to chop it one way and then start chopping the other. You want to cut them pretty small you want the pieces to be about that big.
