Hello this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we are talking about recipes for those who are on a diabetic diet. Alright now were going to get our dry ingredients tougher for our garlic, tomato brochette. We’re going to need kosher salt and ground pepper. Start off by getting a half of teaspoon of our kosher salt. Level it off in here and go ahead and pour it in. What we're going to do for this is go ahead and pour our dry ingredients straight into the bowl. Because were going to use this bowl to mix everything else in. So why waste another container when you can go straight to the source. You save enough of these dishes when it comes time to clean up it won’t be so bad. And now we're going to need a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper. We’re going to just throw that in there. And next were going to add our next step. Okay now we're going to add our ingredients to our salt and pepper. Where going to need a quarter cup of our olive oil. Let’s go ahead and pour them in there. If you cook enough you can kind of eye ball what a quarter cup is but if not its best to go ahead and make sure. Go ahead and dump our tomatoes in there, then onions, our basil and our garlic. Like I said earlier about saving dishes, you could have gone ahead and poured these into the bowl. Then I want to give you a representation of what the ingredients where. So I’m going to go ahead and stir this around. We're going to mix this well. Just toss it around. We don’t want to actually destroy the ingredients we're just evenly coating everything. And at this point we're going to go ahead and mix up all the seasoning we put in there. The salt and d pepper and there you go. Alright, now that we have our tomatoes onions and garlic and seasoning mixed up, were going to go ahead and take some of our cheese, some of our extra cheese we made and put this in with the tomatoes. This isn’t a step you have to take, it s a n extra step we're going to do. We're going to deviate from our original plan and we're going to mix this up. Remember if you had just grated just enough cheese that you needed then you can’t do this step. So you’re going to mix this up. Then what you want o to do is cover this and put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Then after that we’re going to take it out and top our bread.
