KIVETT BEDNAR: To play lick number 20 in the 2nd chorus, start by placing your pinkie on the 10th fret of the 4th string and your lick should sound like this. Once again, so let's look at that a little more closely. We're starting with our pinkie here on the 4th fret, I mean 4th string at the 10th fret up a major 3rd to the 9th fret 3rd string, and we go back and forth a couple of times there, and then, we slide into the 7th fret. It's a B natural, slide into the 7th fret of the top string with our forefinger. Okay. And then, go down a major 3rd to the 8th fret of the 2nd string with our middle finger, and then go up a whole step with our pinkie to the 10th fret of the 2nd string, and then, rock down a perfect--I mean a major 3rd to the 10th fret of the 3rd string, and then fall down another minor 3rd to end the lick on the 7th fret of the 3rd string which is a D. So I'm going to play it a couple of times slowly, and then play a couple of times fast [PLAYS LICK]. Once again, more quickly [PLAYS LICK].
