Playing Chorus 1, Lick 13 Fingered on 'Natural D Blues'

KIVETT BEDNAR: To play the 13th lick in the first chorus of Wes Montgomery's "D-Natural Blues," place your forefinger on the 3rd fret of the 4th string, it's an F, and your lick should sound like this [PLAYS LICK]. So basically, what I'm doing is starting with my forefinger on the 3rd fret of the 4th string, going up a minor 3rd with my pinkie to the 6th fret of the 4th string, and then sweeping downward over an A flat major triad. So 6th fret 4th string with my pinkie, 5th fret 3rd string with my ring finger, and 4th fret 2nd string with my middle finger, and then bringing my pinkie down to slide up to the 8th fret of the 2nd string [PLAYS LICK]. So I'm going to play it two times really slowly and then a couple of times fast [PLAYS LICK].
