The Difference Between Store Bought & Hand Made Earring Hooks

Today we're going to talk about the different kind of earring hooks. Earrings are one of the easiest things to make in wire making jewelry. You may want to make a whole lot of them, and you need to decide what's the most important kind of hook for you. We're going to see a couple of examples here. This is actually a store bought hook that looks very similar to hand made one, and you could actually make it by hand if you so choose. This is one I bought in bulk at my local craft store. This is an example of a homemade hook. This is using a bit of tarnish looking wire. Very simple hook and a very simple earring. This is a very beautiful silver hook that actually has a connection piece like that, so you've got a very secure earring. This is nice if you're going to sell them in a store or you have someone who wants the pure silver.
