Ingredients Needed to Make Cheese Bread
Hi! This Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about recipes for those who are on a diabetic diet. No we will be making herb and cheese bread. You're going to need 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1/3 cup reduced fat margarine, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 loaf or 1 pound French bread, and 3/4 cups shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese. Nutritional facts for this are one slice equals 147 calories, 5 grams of fat and 2 grams saturated fat.
