How to Serve a Turkish Potato Feta Roll

Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. So see how easy it is to make Turkish dishes from ingredients found just in your regular grocery store. We have our main course here, it's a cheesy pasta. It has eggs, parsley, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese and whatever pasta you have on hand, we used a spiral noodle. You'll see when we cut it out it has really good depth, it's got that egg, it's almost like a souffle on the top, that egg layer, that egg and cheese mixture on the top, the parsley, the melted feta cheese, the pasta comes together really nicely. You can use this for an appetizer or if you want to eat it for breakfast, like they do traditionally in Turkey, we have our little feta and potato rolls. These were made using regular filo dough that's found in the freezer section. We mixed them with potato, feta, parsley, again some of the common ingredients that you have on hand and we top it off with sesame seeds. Thank you so much for your time. I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village.
