How to Bake a Turkish Potato Feta Roll

Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. We're going to go ahead and pop this in a preheated oven, it's preheated to 375 degrees. We'll give it 15 minutes, check on it and if it's not quite brown on the top, we'll check it in a few more minutes, but 15 minutes should be good. So these are baked in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and we're going to sprinkle some sesame seeds on it to finish it. You can also use black sesame seeds if you have them, I just happen to have regular sesame seeds on hand in my spice rack, so I'm just going to take a few and sprinkle them on top, and because they're warm it should stick nice, and that'll be a nice decorative finish.
