Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. Okay, so we've gone ahead and coated the several layers of dough with our oil, egg and yogurt mixture. Now we're going to go ahead and add the filling. We've got our potato, feta, parsley and seasoned filling, we seasoned it just with pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. We'll take enough to fill up the center and we're going to leave about an inch or so on each side so we can roll it over. We're going to roll this over like a wonton. Some people, depending on where you go, there's restaurants that call it Turkish cigars, so we're going to roll it up tight to look like a wonton or cigar. So we'll fold up the sides and take the end fold it over, kind of tighten it and we'll roll it. Okay, we're going to go ahead and pick up our roll. It's okay if a little bit of it sticks, we're going to seal it right back up when we sit it on the tray and we'll take our egg yolk mixture, we are going to brush it on top. The egg yolk is what's going to make it golden brown. We'll just repeat this until all the filling is gone.
