Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. Now we're going to go ahead and make a mixture that binds it. What really makes this Turkish is the use of the plain yogurt. We're going to take an egg, some olive oil, about 2 tablespoon, and about a tablespoon of yogurt. I'll just use this spoon to crack the yolk and we'll mix it up. Now this is the mixture that we're going to use to brush onto the filo dough before we even add the stuffing. That looks good.
