Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. So, now we're going to go ahead and mash the potatoes with the back of the fork, that's why we want to make sure we cook it good enough so it's easy to mash just with the fork. You might have to hold it down, it's a little bit slippery. We're just going to finish mashing that potato and then we'll go ahead and add the parsley, this is chopped fresh parsley, you could use dry if that's all you have, but usually I have fresh parsley in hand. And we'll add some feta and this wasn't crumbled all that great in the package so the pieces that are big I'll just crumble with my hands, that looks like I got rid of most of the bigger pieces, the rest I could probably just add, we'll just mash it up with the fork to just in case. Then we'll add a little bit of crushed red pepper flakes, just a dash, and some ground black pepper. Since we have the salty feta in there, we shouldn't have to add any salt. We'll just take our hands, just bring it together a little bit better and just work it together. This is going to be our filling.
