Hi, I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village, and today, I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. Now, we'll go ahead and add our cooked pasta to the first mixture which is the cheese sauce base that we added feta and parsley to. And just go ahead and combine that so it's evenly distributed. Okay. That looks good. And then we'll go ahead and scrape it out and put it into our dish. And we'll use our spatula to make sure we don't miss any of that filling. Okay. And then we'll just take the spatula and even it out. If we see any spots that look like they have a lot of feta, we can just kind of mix it up in here. Make sure that gets distributed well. And then we'll flatten it out so that it cooks evenly.
