Hi, I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village, and today, I'm going to show you how to make some quick and easy Turkish dishes. So now, we're going to go ahead and add some eggs to the sauce. We're going to use four eggs. Go ahead and crack them right into the boil, and we'll add them one by one and mix it right into the sauce. And as we add it, we'll go ahead and mix it. By adding them and mixing them one by one, we can ensure that they're going to get mixed and distributed evenly.
