JUDE PARRY: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Jude Parry. I'm with Gold Coast Theatre Company here in Miami Beach, and today, we're going to be learning beginning accordion. This is again alternating basses, which means on the bass keyboard on the left hand we'll play [PLAYS BASS LINE] and it's 4/4 time or common time and again this is another march but I'm also going to be exploring a little bit now more on the treble keyboard I'm going to be running up and down a little bit more just to show you exactly how far you can go in the first one or two attempts. So this is "Marines Hymn" [PLAYS MARINES HYMN]. Now, did you notice the way my finger went from 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Fingers 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 on the same note which was I guess its [PLAYS ACCORDION], and it's a way to get me up to this part of the keyboard using just one hand.
