How to Cut Potatoes for a Pot Roast

Hi, this is Josiah Owen and today we are going to talk about making pot roast. Now that you have the 3 smallest ones peeled, we are actually going to put it to the side and cut these into 3rds. Put it to the side and we are going to cut it in half. Then half again. Same for the top piece and the bottom piece. Half and half, half. Once again we are going to cut this into 3rds and put them on there side and quarter them making sure not to cut your fingers. These would go to our stew and for the other 2 potatoes we put to the side we are actually going to cut these into slices and do something different with this. Make sure that we clean these off as well. Just not peel them and we are going to put these in a separate bowl then these and come right back.
